Qualificações

• Experience developing social campaign concepts and creative strategy.
• Hands-on experience building and running Meta ads.
• Strong instincts for hooks and storytelling that capture attention.
• Ability to write briefs and give clear creative direction.
• Experience working with creators, designers or production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Turn customer insights, product benefits and cultural trends into hooks, scripts and concepts worth testing.
• Brief and guide creators, designers and editors across UGC, founder-led videos, product demos, testimonials and statics.
• Build and run Meta ads, measure resonance and apply insights to next rounds of creative.
• Test different openings, formats and angles to improve performance.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate research, scripting, content production and experimentation.
