Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Experience providing operational support related to policies and course delivery.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with staff and committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to enhance course delivery and student experience.
• Coordinate lifecycle tasks for courses and units, including planning and assessment preparation.
• Support annual planning, milestones, and development of resources like Study Plans and Course Guides.
• Assist with timetabling, onboarding activities, and meetings for course teams.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to improve student administration processes.
