Job summary

Iq-Eq seeks a Salesperson / Business Development Manager in Australia to drive new corporate trust mandates across DCM and securitisation. You will position our fiduciary services to issuers, investment banks, law firms, and funds, operating at the intersection of structured finance and client management.

You will build senior-level relationships, lead commercial structuring and negotiations, and collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to onboard new mandates. A hybrid office/home model is offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates should showcase ability to originate new mandates and manage executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and secure corporate trust mandates across structured finance and securitisation.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with investment banks, debt advisors, issuers, and fund managers in Australia.
• Deliver solution-based sales presentations for trustee services including Note Trustee, Security Trustee, Facility Agent, Paying Agent, and Trust Management.
• Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations to balance profitability and risk.
