Zusammenfassung

IQ-EQ is seeking a high-caliber Associate Director, Business Development in Australia to drive new corporate trust mandates within DCM and securitisation. You will cultivate relationships with investment banks, issuers and law firms, and shape solutions across Note Trustee, Security Trustee and related services.

In this role you will navigate structured finance, regulatory considerations, and client needs, while delivering compelling pitches and leading commercial discussions to achieve

Qualifikationen

Experience in corporate trust sales or related institutional banking in Australia.
Strong knowledge of securitisation structures and debt capital markets docs.
Established network with Australian debt issuers and banks.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

Originate and secure corporate trust mandates across structured finance and debt issuances.
Build senior-level relationships with investment banks, issuers and advisers.
Deliver solution-based presentations for corporate trustee services.
Lead pricing, negotiation and contract discussions for mandates.
Collaborate withLegal/Risk/Transaction teams to onboard new clients.
