Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney seeks a senior leader to deliver accurate, timely Trust Management services for Australia's securitisation market. You will oversee trust reporting, models, transactions and onboarding, while guiding a professional team and coordinating with issuers, investors, banks and auditors.

You will balance technical detail with client conversations and people leadership, driving risk controls and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, economics, finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in securitisation or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong client relationship management and handling sensitive matters.
• Sound technical and risk management capability with accuracy.
• Experience building or reviewing Trust Manager models.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management team.
• Maintain and grow key client relationships and support complex matters.
• Oversee trust reporting, instructions, settlements and transactions.
• Monitor covenants, trigger events and portfolio requirements.
• Contribute technical expertise to Trust Manager models and testing.
• Develop the team with coaching and training.
