Job summary

Leading Bank in Sydney is seeking an experienced Corporate DCM Origination Associate Director/Director to originate and structure debt capital markets transactions for corporate clients. You will build long-term client relationships and work closely with Syndicate, Sales, Credit and coverage teams across the full deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years’ experience in corporate DCM origination, or DCM syndicate with a move into coverage.
• Strong technical and credit skills with a client-focused style.
• Comfortable in a demanding, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute debt capital markets transactions for corporate clients.
• Build and run client relationships, bringing funding ideas and market insight.
• Work with Syndicate, Sales, Credit and coverage colleagues across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Present confidently to corporate treasury teams and senior stakeholders.
• Work independently, taking responsibility for your clients and your pipeline.
