Job summary

OneCare is a not-for-profit aged care organisation seeking a Corporate Rostering Officer to oversee daily staff rostering from our Hobart or Launceston bases. The role focuses on filling shifts in line with contractual and EBA requirements while maintaining accurate records and orientation for new staff.

• Rostering experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting is highly desirable

We have a Permanent Full time or Part Time (negotiable) opportunity for a highly motivated, outside the box thinker to join our team as a Corporate Rostering Officer!

What will you do?
As the Corporate Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Management of the daily rostering of employees
• Ensuring sick leave, annual leave and general vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff that meet contractual and EBA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and sick leave certificatesand arrange orientation fornew staff as necessary.
• Maintain internal education records.
• Complete other ad-hoc administration duties as directed by the Rostering Manager

What you bring to the role

• Demonstrated experience in contemporary record keeping
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Rostering Experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting (highly desirable)
