Job summary

OneCare is a not-for-profit aged care organisation seeking a Corporate Rostering Officer to oversee daily staff rostering from our Hobart or Launceston bases. The role focuses on filling shifts in line with contractual and EBA requirements while maintaining accurate records and orientation for new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in contemporary record keeping
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Rostering experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rostering of employees
• Ensure sick leave, annual leave and vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems and arrange orientation for new staff
• Maintain internal education records
• Complete other ad-hoc administration duties as directed by the Rostering Manager
