Job summary

Perenti in Perth is seeking a highly organised Corporate Office Administrator to join our Corporate team. You will be the face of the corporate office, supporting employees, executives, board members, visitors and external stakeholders, with a mix of facilities coordination, executive support, workplace services and admin.

The role offers opportunities to improve systems and processes, support Board and meeting logistics, manage office security, plan internal events and help shape our workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or corporate support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job description

We're seeking a highly organised, customer-focused and proactive Corporate Office Administrator to join our Corporate team in Perth.

As the face of our corporate office, you will play a pivotal role in creating a professional and welcoming workplace experience for employees, executives, Board members, visitors and external stakeholders. This is a diverse and fast-paced position that combines facilities coordination, executive support, workplace services, event management and business administration.

About the Role

Reporting to the Supervisor Corporate Facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Perenti corporate office while providing exceptional support to employees, senior leaders and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front-of-house reception and visitor experiences.
• Coordinating workplace facilities, maintenance and office services.
• Supporting Board and Executive meetings through logistics, hospitality and document preparation.
• Preparing reports, presentations and business correspondence.
• Managing office security processes, access cards and visitor management systems.
• Coordinating internal events, employee engagement activities, workshops and town halls.
• Maintaining administrative systems, records and reporting tools.
• Supporting workplace technology and Microsoft 365-based processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and workplace services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in office administration, workplace services, facilities coordination, executive administration or a similar corporate support role.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The confidence to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.

Additionally, we would value experience in:

• Supporting Board meetings or executive leadership teams.
• Coordinating corporate functions, events and stakeholder engagements.
• Working within a corporate head office environment.
• Using workplace management, facilities or service delivery systems.
