Job summary

The YMCA Currimundi Outside School Hours Care service is seeking a Coordinator on a 6-month contract. You will lead a team of educators and develop engaging, child-led programs that support growth and inclusion across activities and environments.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high compliance standards, and collaborate with families, schools and the local community to create safe, welcoming spaces that inspire every child to thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related teaching qualification required.
• 141525225?
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with National Quality Framework.

About the role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Coordinator to join our YMCA Currimundi Outside School Hours Care service on an exciting 6-month contract.

As the Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities.
