The YMCA’s OSHC program at Springfield Lakes is hiring an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. You will support daily operations, lead programming, and guide a team to deliver safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
Role requires a Diploma or current study in Children’s Services/ECEC, strong communication, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Blue Card and First Aid/CPR preferred or to be obtained.

About the roleWe are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
