Job summary

The YMCA Queensland is seeking a coordinated leader to join Currimundi Outside School Hours Care on a 6-month contract. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop child-led programs and lead a team of educators.

You’ll ensure compliance and safety, and build strong connections with families and the local community while applying your Diploma in Children’s Services (or studying towards) and current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card to create a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
