Job summary

The Y Queensland Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care service is seeking a full-time Coordinator to lead a team of educators and deliver engaging, child-led programs. You will play a key role in building inclusive communities and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (or studying towards).
• Experience in children's programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment; familiarity with the National Quality Framework.

What You'll Do
