Job summary

The YMCA Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to manage the Flagstone Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, and develop engaging, child-led programs within a safe, inclusive environment.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Children's Services or related qualification (or be studying towards) and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and time-management skills, with a commitment to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Diploma/ECEC/Teaching qualification or in progress
• Demonstrated experience in children's programming and service operations
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
• Blue Card paid or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to safe, inclusive environment for all children
• Familiarity with National Quality Framework
