Job summary

YMCA Brisbane is seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead the Kedron Outside School Hours Care service on a 6-month contract.

You will oversee daily operations, develop engaging, child-led programs, and support a team of educators to foster inclusive, vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, child-led programs.
• Lead and support a team of educators.
• Ensure high standards in compliance, administration and safety.

About the role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Coordinator to join our YMCA Kedron Outside School Hours Care service on an exciting 6-month contract.

As the Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities.
