Anglicare Central Queensland in Rockhampton is seeking a Coordinator: Assets and Property to lead and coordinate property management and maintenance across AnglicareCQ's portfolio. The role ensures safe, compliant, and well‑maintained properties while implementing strategic plans.

• Lead the development and implementation of the Property Management Master Plan and annual maintenance plans.
• Oversee bi-annual property condition reports, site inspections, investigations, and testing activities.
• Provide oversight and advice on best‑practice emergency, planned, and responsive maintenance.
• Negotiate and manage head leasing and leasing arrangements, liaise with lessors and property owners.

About therole:

TheCoordinator: Assets and Property plays a critical role incoordinating, overseeing and ensuring the effective development andimplementation of property management and maintenance strategiesacross AnglicareCQ's property portfolio.

Thisposition provides leadership and specialist advise across strategicproperty management, maintenance planning, compliance and contractmanagement, ensuring properties are safe, secure andwell-maintained and compliant with all legislative and regulatoryrequirements.

What will a typical day look like?

• Ensure delivery ofproperty management services in line with the NationalRegulatory System for Community Housing, National BuildingStandards, and relevant legislation.


• Lead thedevelopment and implementation of the Property ManagementMaster Plan and annual maintenance plans, ensuring propertiesare safe, secure, and well maintained.
