Alfa Laval is seeking a capable leader to head the Coordination Team in Huntingwood, NSW. The role focuses on coordinating Field Service and Service Centre activities across Oceania, delivering superior customer experiences, and driving operational excellence.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, while guiding transformation initiatives, process improvements, and team development to sustain service quality.

Formación

• Proven leadership in service coordination or operations.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and team development.
• Experience with process improvement and digitisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the Coordination Team to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of Field Service and Service Centre activities across Oceania.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, resource allocation, and customer communication at milestones.
• Drive standardization and best practices in coordination processes across all areas.
• Lead transformational initiatives, digitisation projects, and process improvements to enhance coordination efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations managers to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment.
• Provide hands-on support to coordinators when required to maintain business continuity and service quality.
• Step in during peak periods or complex situations while focusing on leadership and team development.
