Ideal candidates will have 1 year of relevant experience (or 3 years in a similar role), plus a passion for cooking, teamwork, and HACCP compliance. The role is on-site with a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
