The Langham Hotels International Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will work alongside a team of skilled chefs, refining techniques while contributing to exceptional guest experiences at The Langham, Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, collaborating in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting senior chefs, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation, and upholding food safety

What You’ll Do

Our Commis Chef will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining your technique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience.
