Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality a la carte dishes to five-star standards
• Work collaboratively in a friendly, fast-paced kitchen
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
• Maintain consistency and flavour across all dishes
• Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene and WHS standards

What You'll Do

Our Commis Chef will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining your technique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience.

• Prepare, cook and present high qualitya la carte dishes to five-star standards
