The Langham, Gold Coast is hiring a Commis Chef to join our premium kitchen team. You will work alongside skilled chefs to refine techniques while delivering exceptional guest experiences at our 26 & Sunny cafe-style venue.

You will cook, present, and plate high-quality dishes, support senior chefs in daily operations, and uphold strict food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current industry trends and food presentation.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering superior guest experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creative with attention to detail and strong plating skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school.
