Job summary

Alt. Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate cook to join our kitchen brigade with world class facilities. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help create memorable dining experiences with consistent flavours and a variety of offerings.

You will work across conferencing, banquets, buffet and a la carte services as part of a small team of professionals, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation while growing your skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III Commercial Cookery completed.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant.
• Food Safety Certification held.
• Excellent communicator.
• Flexible to roster changes.
• Positive, calm demeanor.
