Job summary

Alt. Hospitality Group is seeking a Cook for a part-time role at Mountain Heritage in Katoomba. You will report to the Head Chef and help deliver memorable dining experiences with consistent flavour and a diverse menu.

The ideal candidate has a Food Handling Certificate and a tertiary qualification in Commercial Cookery, with proven ability to lead a kitchen brigade and maintain high standards while following company procedures and WHS guidelines.

Reporting to the Head Chef, the roles will create memorable dining experiences, with consistency in flavour and a variety of offerings. Mountain Heritage has a rich history in Katoomba and as new owners we want to take the dining experience to the next level by creating a destination fine dining restaurant for hotel guests and the public.
