Job summary

Accenture in Australia seeks experienced Control Systems Engineers to design, program, and deliver process control solutions for industrial facilities. You will work with PLCs, instrumentation, and networks to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Applicants should have 3+ years in control systems and a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, plus hands-on PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider). Water WA experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with industrial control systems design, programming, and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Expert knowledge of control system programming languages (ladder logic, structured text, function block).
• Hands-on experience with multiple PLC brands/platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Knowledge of industrial network/communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).
• Excellent documentation skills with ability to create functional specifications, drawings, manuals, FAT and SAT documents.
• Experience with Danfoss VSDs, instrumentation/field devices, wiring, terminations.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Practical Site experience of automation systems (commissioning and fault-finding).
• Water WA experience will be highly regarded.
