Accenture Australia seeks an experienced Control Systems Engineer to deliver process control system engineering services across multiple industries, focusing on PLC, SCADA, safety, telemetry and industrial IT.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial control systems, a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and hands-on PLC experience across major brands. WA water sector experience is valued; Accenture offers global career opportunities and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with industrial control systems design, programming and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Expert knowledge of control system programming languages (ladder logic, structured text, function block).
• Hands-on experience with multiple PLC brands/platforms (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Knowledge of industrial network/communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).
• Strong documentation skills for specifications, drawings and FAT/SAT docs.
• Experience with Danfoss VSDs, instrumentation/field devices and wiring.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; site commissioning experience.
• Water Corporation WA experience highly regarded.
