Millennium in Chatswood, NSW is seeking a diligent Control Room Operator to monitor sites, coordinate cleaning and security teams, and respond to incidents across assigned sites. Night shifts and rostered hours apply, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have control room experience, strong CCTV/alarms know-how, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining accurate incident logs.

Control Room Operator – FULL-TIME

Location: CHATSWOOD, NSW

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Control Room Operator to join our team at Chatswood, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organization that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

Position Overview

As a Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in the coordination and monitoring of site operations. You will be responsible for managing communications, responding to incidents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cleaning and security services across designated sites.

Positions available: Full-Time

Potential earnings / Award Level 4 - $30.23 + Sign on Bonus

ROSTER: Night

Roster 1: Tuesday to Thursday 18:00-06:00

Roster 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday: 18:00-06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and site activity to ensure safety and compliance
• Coordinate cleaning and security teams across multiple locations
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and service requests in real-time

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a control room preferably in a retail environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, radio, and dispatch systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents and emergencies
• Basic computer literacy and report writing skills
• Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Security license or relevant certifications may be required depending on site
