Millennium Hi-Tech Group in Chatswood, NSW seeks a dedicated Control Room Operator to oversee site operations and respond to incidents across cleaning and security services.

You will monitor CCTV, coordinate teams, respond to alarms in real time, and maintain logs while communicating with site supervisors and emergency services. Night shifts, full-time role with roster flexibility.

Qualificações

• Previous control room experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, radio, and dispatch systems.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.
• Basic computer literacy and report writing skills.
• Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Security license or relevant certifications may be required depending on site.

Position Overview

As a Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in the coordination and monitoring of site operations. You will be responsible for managing communications, responding to incidents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cleaning and security services across designated sites.

Positions available: Full-Time

Potential earnings / Award Level 4 - $30.23 + Sign on Bonus

ROSTER: Night

Roster 1: Tuesday to Thursday 18:00-06:00

Roster 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday: 18:00-06:00

Control Room Operator – FULL-TIME

Location: CHATSWOOD, NSW

Industry: Shopping Centre / Retail Complex

Key Responsibilities
