Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar construction role.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering head contract and subcontract obligations
• Managing variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual correspondence
• Preparing trade packages, scopes of work and tender documentation
• Coordinating procurement activities and evaluating subcontractor submissions
• Tracking project costs, forecasts, budgets and cash flow
• Assessing subcontractor payment claims and contract performance
• Supporting risk identification and mitigation across the project lifecycle
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing project team
