Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Manager on a major hospital project in Canberra. You will handle procurement of labour and subcontractor services, manage variations, and oversee cash flow and reporting to maximise project profitability.

Ideal candidates have a background in construction contract administration, procurement and tendering, with strong financial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar within construction.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering processes.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen; ability to interpret drawings on large scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager in procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities.
• Focus on cash flow, profit maximisation, variations, reporting and administration on a major hospital project.
