Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Coomera-based team on the new Coomera Hospital project. You will assist the Contracts Manager in procuring labour and sub-contractor services, while focusing on cash flow, profitability, variations, and robust reporting on a large-scale construction program.

This is a full time, permanent position, based on site in Coomera.

As a Contracts Manager within Multiplex, you will assist the Contracts Manager in the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.

The successful candidate will need:

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role within construction
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering processes
• Sound financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation on large scale projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline
