Job summary

Icon Group is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the administration of construction contracts on a $120m health project in Australia. You will manage variations, claims, and compliance while coordinating with project teams to align contracts with project needs.

The role requires 2+ years of contract admin experience in construction, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and proficiency with MS Office and contract systems. Health project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ contract admin experience in construction, including $70M+ projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, legislation, codes, and standards.
  • Proficient in contract systems and MS Office.
  • Ideally experience on health projects.

  • Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and financial reports
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a $120m Health Project.

Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all construction contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing contractual risks. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the project, ensuring its timely completion and overall success.

Responsibilities:
