Multiplex is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Coomera-based team on the new Coomera Hospital project. You will assist the Contracts Manager in procuring labour and sub-contractor services, while focusing on cash flow, profitability, variations, and robust reporting on a large-scale construction program.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration and procurement on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Building.
