Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support procurement of labour and sub-contractor services on a major Canberra hospital project. You will contribute to cash flow management, variations, reporting and administration within a high-performing team.

The role requires experience in construction contract administration, procurement and tendering, plus strong financial and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar commercial role within construction.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering processes.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation on large scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager in procurement of labour and sub-contractor services.
• Support financial activities with a focus on cash flow and profitability.
• Manage variations, reporting and administrative tasks for projects.
• Contribute to project governance and contract administration.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery on site.

As a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR within Multiplex, you will assist the Contracts Manager in the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.
