Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a hands-on Asset/Property Manager to look after one commercial asset in the CBD with occasional travel to North Sydney. Based on-site, you will work closely with senior property professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operation, build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors, and deliver outstanding service across all aspects of property management.

This role requires a NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property discipline.
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded.
• A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Asset Management Services team members across key client appointments.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of two commercial office assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, tenant requests, lease administration and operational matters.
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property management documentation.
• Support initiatives that enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where required.
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements.
