Aufgaben

• Provide asset management services across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrial portfolio.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure positive working relationships.
• Daily administrative activities and reporting.
• Coordinate quotes, raise work orders and engage trades and contractors.
• Induct and set up new contractors within internal systems.
• Provide regular progress updates on projects and maintenance works.
• Manage WHS, compliance and capital works programs.
• Conduct property inspections and generate reporting via digital platforms.
• Process and coordinate invoice approvals.
• Manage arrears and deliver outcomes within operating budgets.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate databases and daily diarised tasks.
• Manage financial performance of assets and provide recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will undertake a broad range of functions including,but not limited to:
• Providing professional asset management servicesto our clients across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrialproperty portfolio
