Qualifications

• Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Previous experience in the commercial property industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional asset management services across the client portfolio (commercial, retail, office, industrial).
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to maintain positive working relationships.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and project coordination, including quotes and work orders.
• Induct new contractors and ensure compliance within internal systems.
• Deliver regular progress updates on maintenance works and capital projects.
• Oversee WHS, compliance and budgeting for assets.
• Prepare annual property budgets and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate databases and perform daily diary tasks.
• Monitor financial performance and provide client recommendations.

Our Asset Management Services (AMS) Team is recognised as a leader in delivering high‑quality property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients.We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Asset Manager to join our high‑performing team of commercial asset professionals. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and is eager to continue building a long‑term career in commercial asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will undertake a broad range of functions including, but not limited to:


• Providing professional asset management services to our clients across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrial property portfolio


• Liaising with key stakeholders including Landlords, Tenants and Contractors to ensure positive working relationships


• Daily administrative activities


• Coordinating quotes, raising work orders and engaging trades and contractors


• Inducting and setting up new contractors within internal systems


• Providing regular progress updates on project and maintenance works


• Managing WHS, compliance and capital works programs


• Conducting property inspections using digital platforms that generate reporting


• Processing and coordinating invoice approvals
  
• Managing arrears


• Delivering outcomes within approved operating budgets


• Preparing annual property budgets


• Preparing monthly and annual financial reporting requirements


• Maintaining accurate databases and undertaking daily diarised tasks


• Managing the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients

• Solid skills in MS Outlook and Excel


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational capability


• The ability to work both in the office and outdoors as required
