Knight Frank Australia is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee one commercial asset in the CBD, with occasional travel to North Sydney. A NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.

This contract role offers an immediate start in April 2027. You will work with senior property professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operation, build relationships with clients, tenants and contractors, and deliver high standards across all property management activities.

Qualificações

• Experience in property management or facilities management.
• NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and developing knowledge of building operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior Asset Management Services team members across key client appointments.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of two commercial office assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, tenant requests, lease administration and operational matters.
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property management documentation.
• Support initiatives that enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where required.
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements.
