Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a reputable Tier 2 builder specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney. You will manage full contract administration, oversee variations, progress claims, procurement, and commercial documentation, and work with project managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You will bring 3+ years of CA experience in Australian construction, strong contract knowledge, stakeholder management and disciplined

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management required.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with project team.
• Strong understanding of contracts, variations, progress claims and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract administration across high-end residential projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, procurement and subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and administer contracts, scopes of works and commercial documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting and commercial risk management.
• Ensure projects meet contractual and commercial requirements.
