Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Sydney is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to contribute to landmark commercial construction projects. You will manage contract administration, procurement, cost control and subcontractor packages across multiple high-profile builds.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years’ CA experience, a qualification in construction or quantity surveying, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction at a well established builder.
• Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control.
• Ability to manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:
