Built is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Sydney team on major data centre projects, including Marsden Park. You will support cost control, procurement, and contract administration while learning from experienced leaders in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

You’ll work with Project Managers, Engineers and Site teams to measure and value works, manage variations and forecast costs, and help mitigate commercial risk to deliver strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
• Foundational knowledge of cost management, contract administration and commercial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to build relationships across project teams.

Responsabilités

• Support trade scoping, procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Measure and value works, including progress claims and variations.
• Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Interpret contracts and support administration of contractual obligations.
• Contribute to managing commercial risk and resolving project challenges.
