Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee end-to-end contractual administration of subcontractors and major suppliers across multi-site construction projects. You will coordinate with development and operations teams, manage variations, progress claims, and financial tracking to ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, stakeholder engagement, and a background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience as Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in large construction projects.
• Ability to manage end-to-end contract processes: drafting, negotiating, variations.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; ability to influence and resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of construction contracts and identify risks.
• Manage contract obligations, milestones, payments and reporting.
• Procure subcontractors and negotiate terms per company policy.
• Analyse contractor pricing for accuracy of rates and quantities.
• Maintain contract registers, documentation and templates.
