Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the Melbourne team, supporting data centre projects across the Western Suburbs and CBD fringe. The role offers exposure to large-scale contracts and a structured environment with career development opportunities.

In this hands-on position you will manage head contracts and subcontracts, process progress claims, and coordinate EOTs, RFIs, and site instructions while maintaining precise contract records and collaborating

Qualifications

Contract Administrators with Tier 1/2 project experience (> AUD 100m).
Solid knowledge of Australian standard contracts and legal frameworks.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Assist with the administration of head contracts and subcontracts.
Process and track subcontractor progress claims, payments, and variations under supervision.
Coordinate the issuance and tracking of EOTs, RFIs, and site instructions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and contract records.
Support negotiation and resolution of minor contract issues or disputes.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Site Team, and Senior Contract Administrator to ensure contract flow and successful delivery.
