Job summary

CDC Data Centres is looking for a Contracts Administrator to oversee end-to-end contract administration for subcontractors and major suppliers across our NSW and ACT facilities. You will support development and operations teams, ensuring alignment with client contracts, policies, and procedures.

You will manage budgets, track milestones and payments, procure subcontractors, and maintain accurate documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on large construction projects.
• Ability to manage contract variations, progress claims and payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual administration for subcontractors and major suppliers.
• Manage financial aspects and budgets of construction contracts.
• Procure subcontractors and negotiate terms.
• Track milestones, payments and reporting.
• Maintain registers, documentation, and templates.
