Job summary

Talent Partnership is seeking a Contract Administrator for Australia''s data centre projects in Sydney and Melbourne. You will negotiate and set up contracts, manage variations and progress claims from the outset to final close-out, while collaborating with project, design, finance and legal teams.

You will join a small commercial team that values ownership, direct communication and prompt problem-solving, with sensible hours and growth opportunities through internal academy programs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as Contract Administrator or QS on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, not just administering them.
• Clear, confident communication and strong Excel.
• Australian citizenship and ability to get NV1 security clearance, which they sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and set up contracts with builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage variations, progress claims and close out through to a finished site.
• Work with project, design, finance and legal teams; your view carries weight.
• Bring ownership and resolve issues quickly, with accountability and independence.
