Irongate Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager in Sydney to grow a warm pipeline and close high-value construction deals. You’ll manage a HubSpot-led account base, prospect Tier 1/2 builders, and convert inbound leads with a disciplined, fast-paced sales motion.

Ideal candidates bring rapport with tradies and site managers, strong pipeline discipline, and the drive to advance toward Sales Manager as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport quickly with construction professionals.
• High-volume pipeline management with multiple deals.
• Experience turning warm leads into closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an existing HubSpot account base and spot new sites.
• Prospect net-new into Tier 1/2 construction builders and managers.
• Convert high-intent inbound leads with strong close rates.
• Qualify and scope deals rapidly via short conversations.
• Visit sites roughly one day in five to build trust.
• Manage a live pipeline and close ~15–20 deals a month.
