Core Talent in Sydney is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to win Tier 1–3 paving and building supply contracts. You will own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline to tender submissions, engaging head contractors, developers, and councils.

You bring 5+ years in construction materials sales, a strong network, and a track record of securing six- to seven-figure deals. The role offers a lucrative base, commission, and a company car within a high-growth, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in stone materials, paving, hardscaping, concrete supply or civil construction.
• Strong established network among Tier 1, Tier 2 head contractors, developers, sub-contractors, and council procurement teams.
• Ability to interpret architectural and civil plans and review BOQs to tailor supply solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full commercial B2B sales cycle to secure large-scale supply contracts.
• Proactively secure tenders across Sydney and interstate for paving, hardscaping, and stone.
• Build and maintain relationships with project managers, estimators, and procurement decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating and technical teams to craft winning tender proposals.
