Job summary

Emerald Corporation Pty Ltd in Burwood, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish. You will manage site teams, supervise contractors, and coordinate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Applicants should hold a relevant construction degree, have at least 2 years post-qualification PM experience, and possess strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (construction) required.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification construction PM experience.
• PMP designation highly regarded but not essential.
• Knowledge and experience in construction and/or civil contracting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, direct and coordinate construction projects.
