The successful candidate will coordinate projects from contract award through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the company's quality standards.**Minimum Requirements:**-Diploma in Project Management, Building & Construction, Construction Management, or a related qualification, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience.-Minimum three years of experience coordinating construction, roofing, building maintenance, or similar projects.-Proven ability to read and interpret building plans, specifications and technical drawings.-Familiarity with project scheduling software, CRM or ERP systems.**In this role your main responsibilities include:**-Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling roofing crews, subcontractors, deliveries and site access.-Act as the primary point of contact between clients, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.-Prepare and maintain project documentation including job files, drawings, permits, safety documentation, variation forms and handover packs.-Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, identifying and escalating potential risks or delays.-Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.-Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely ordering and delivery of roofing materials and equipment.-Assist with contract administration, including preparing variation quotations, processing invoices and tracking project costs.-Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements, including maintaining contractor licences, insurances, SWMS and JSA documentation.-Support project close-out activities including defect management, final inspections and client handovers.-Maintain accurate project information within company systems and prepare progress reports for management.**Skills, experience and attributes:**To be considered for this opportunity you must have:-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.-Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.-High attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation, compliance and quality assurance.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment.-A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.ARCO Roofing Pty Ltd offers a supportive team environment, a steady pipeline of projects and opportunities for long-term career development within the roofing and construction industry.
