Nostra Homes is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator in Melbourne to manage a portfolio from sales acceptance through handover. You will maintain strong client relationships, document requirements, and coordinate permits, variations, and overall project progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction projects from sales accept to handover.
• Proactively introduce calls, understanding client service requirements and setting expectations.
• Document client information to help the team provide strong service.
• Coordinate customer queries and escalations involving additional support.
• Coordinate the customer feedback process, including product review.
• Attend client meetings when required.
• Liaise with clients regularly to provide updates on progress.
• Coordinate the building process and permits with stakeholders.
• Assist in areas outside the role where needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, culture and service.
