Job summary

Good Constructions is seeking a Building Coordinator in Melbourne to support growing client relationships and coordinate projects from tender through to handover. You will liaise with clients, village managers and internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, organised workflows and timely delivery.

The role requires strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, construction administration, client services or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, omissions, and potential issues before they impact project delivery.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, document management systems, and client portals, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to a growing team.
• Experience in construction, property, facilities management, or a related industry would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate project workflows from tender requests through to tender submission and construction handover.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate client specifications, project records and documentation.
• You’ll be successful when you build trusted client relationships and deliver high‑quality handovers.
